475lbs- not bad for not having done any DLs. Squats Help, Belts help, now we need to Deadlift.

12 + 10/10

Kept it unbroken all the way through. That was the plan. Gas isnt there yet. neither is the desire to push through. Aside for loosing my rythm on a  few rounds of box jumps it went smoothly.
