Nasty. OHS was tough to swallow after 200 dubs. Heart rate did not drop for the entire workout. Took me 800 meters to recover with a little bit of juice to get through second half mile on both rounds. Second round of dubs where sloppy at best. My lungs dont really open up until late in the runs. Need to get my running legs back, really.
