20 min amrap 200m run/3hspu floor/3 muscle ups

8 rounds even. first couple of rounds were 5 hspu with a 25# plate deficit, but couldn't maintain. after, finished hspu up to 50. muscle ups felt good

3 rounds for thruster reps
300m sandbag run, remainder of 3 min 1 arm dumbell thruster @45#, 1 min rest
32,30,25. first round accidentally cut 15 seconds off. oops

press 5-3-3, 130,145,165

chest to bar pullups 29 (missed my chest on two...so close to being a firebreather!)
