over head squats: didn't feel good so abandoned at 215

3rft: 50 dubs/15 burpee pullups

missed two dubs in the second round

30 muscle ups for time: 9:58
This is not a great time for me, but considering my arms were actually pretty smoked from the double under wod i was really happy with this. did 6,4,4,3, some 2s finished with 1s. Happy cause if my arms had a hint of fatigue before this could easily take 15+min, and now tired its about 1 min slower than my pr.
