4 plate high bar prowler push 10 yards, every minute on minute for 20 minutes
not hard but focused on maximum acceleration each push. took about 5 seconds per push.
max dubs in 90 sec: 156
close grip bench 3x210, 3x240, 2x270
should have waited a little longer between second and third weights

61 unbroken then broke again at 86. it was fun to have Erika there no repping me and give me a little taste of the medecine. i probably only would have taken a couple away from myself, but i think 75 wallballs is not a stretch.
