Warm up: power clean and push jerk up to 245
10 rft: 5 strict pull ups/2hspu/15 squats/1 c&j 225
Lots of soft elbows causing me to walk around with jerk to stabilize it. Had to redo the last rep, rep 7 and somewhere in there I missed a jerk racked it on my shoulders and rejerked it, which I didn't think was possible.
Michael 21:44 apparently anchored situps are to be used on this one so I could go quite a bit faster
