muscle ups EMOM 9 minutes (failed 10th minute) 3,3,2x7

close grip bench 200x5,230x5,260x3

30 wallballs
15 strict pullups

This took a little longer than expected. broke up round 3 and 4 on the wallballs one time each, broke up the pullups way more than expected. like the strict pullups in the wod.
