7:18 did it cold at about 80% for the 21&15, went for it on 9. Good one.
Getting some 100# kb's this weekend. Training with 90 has made the 70 feel decent.

Ring dip 3x8 with 18#kb
Bar dip 12-12-15
Hspu 3x5
Ticep extension with 45#db 12-10-8
