Havent moved that much weight in a back squat since 2010. Legs are feeling stronger. Lower back/ core needs some work. Had to put a belt on for second and third set.

left leg took some greasing to get into it. My ass is feeling swle today.

Strict pullup max 15. 
I felt really light and strong. Positive outcome from the pullup program. Pushed ut 8 when I initially tested 2 weeks ago.
