rest and lots of sleep. i have a weird feeling this is probably as good or better than training while sick

woke up feeling good. tried to one hand snatch a piece of concrete with a thick pipe stuck in it a dozen times. only succeeded once righty. im guessing its 60-90lbs.

10 hill sprints with 10 pushups at top of hill
fastest 45 slowest 50 felt like breathing through a straw this was terrible in all the right ways. i got this workout from a navy seal training book when i was 17 and its always tried to make me barf!!
