Planned on doing 10 right after squats but Airdyne sensor was mucked up. Wound up fussing with it for 5 minutes before I got started on 3 rds then it stopped counting on 4 th rd. Bugger!

Decided to sub out Airdyne with STO. Didn't want to do barbell but hey. Stopped into Gs gym as the SOFLA studs where moving weight and it inspired me. I need a day off.
