Sunday
8x200 meter sprint on 2 minutes with T @ home course

Felt pretty decent, speed/gas is coming back. Straight shot on a curve much better than out and back training.
Concentration on relaxing face through the middle 100, not reaching and pushing the last 50.
Lactic acid hitting gut at about 100.
Hammies still tightening way too early.
Need 10# of bloat to exit.

3x3 strict HSPU w/ pause at bottom. Switched hand position to be more of a headstand start. More triceps. Got back in the pool & ocean for the first time in almost 3 months. Swim stroke feels crunchy and slow. Surprise.
