not a great time, spent +5 minutes on the hspu but then matched or set a PR on pullups with 48.

later: 100 cal airdyne 3:00 PR. the scuglik technique of doing the first minute as hard as possible was mentally draining. without dom dan and alex i would have switched to intervals. haven't done that in a while was not ready mentally for that kind of pain.
