Tuesday Papa Tom workout @ Oakland, CA gym: 50 jjs, 100 squats (sets of 25), 100 lunges (sets of 25)(some sloppy), 50 pushups (sets of 5 & 10) 30 minutes on 11 lap/mile indoor track (walk one, run 2). A few negative pull ups. 70 minutes total.
