HSC broken into 3's on the minute first three rounds, 1's for 3 on the minute for last 2. Rope climbs in 1's. Plenty of rest, shoot for sub 20:00 next time. HSC tougher than the rope. Got into the salt water after with Dom. Felt great on the knees.

3 single arm (wrist grab with off arm) chin ups per arm. GTG.

Went to Club One in Oakland, CA this morning. 45 minute spinning class followed by 45 minute ab class. Both were high quality. Plan to visit CrossFit Oakland this week to check it out. They won the CrossFit Team Games last year, so I expect there are some animals (like Dom, Joseph, Teboe) who workout there. Still miss the Crossfit305 goup.

Only had time to do 3 rounds. Power output shot down after third round so was not too worried about cutting it short.
Metabolic disasters are the cleans.
