3x10 GHD chest press w/ 20# db's...pressing with no support is interesting.
Also some awesome hypertrophic bicep curl drop sets for the memories and to make Dom and Pete laugh.

16:18. Shoulda would coulda! Did a variation with a family class later. 21-15-9 sit up and deadlift (weight varied for ability) run 600 meters. It really tested wills.
