Rest Day! Walked 2 mi outside (17 degrees) with Kathy. Back at CrossFit Lake Country tomorrow.

Pr's take it out of you. Wasnt sure about the second attempt at 405 but it actually felt better.
Three rounds of Barbara with dead hangs to failure followed by jumping with strong negatives.
