My body is still getting back in the swing of things. Thrusters are treacherous.
1. Clean 135# - then OHP for max reps
9 reps

5 rounds for time of:
20 double unders
10 thrusters 95/65
10 chest to bar pull ups
scaled to
40 double unders
10 thrusters 95/65
10 dead hang pull ups
only completed 3 rounds in 30 minute cap.
