225/275/315/325 - Had more in the tank but decided to cut it short.

500m row 1:35 Could have shaved another 1-2 secs off. Started sprint to late.

K2
135/145/155/165/175 Much stronger. Last time one rep dl max was done 185 lbs was lifted. Now 175 lbs x 5 reps. Significant improvement.
