running seemed easier on the treadmill. just kept it on 8.0 all 5 rounds. ohs sets broken in two.
running is easier on a treadmill. You have to increase the incline to at least .5 to be running on flat ground. Otherwise it is like running down hill because the belt does the work for you.

5 rounds of 30 Butterfly sit ups and 25 supermans. 12:25 (i think or 12:52) wrote it down in notebook..
finisher of 10 min intervals, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, 10 exercises with burpees, squats,pushups, jumping lunges, kb swings, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees (again)(forgot one of them)
