Running Fran -- 75lb thrusters

22:30 (1 mile split at ~8:22)

not one I want to see again soon, the middle set was a crusher. last Fran was 6:33, so using an 8:30 mile and adding up all the running, it took an extra minute or so for the thrusters and pulls

High noon- Running Fran.

1st mile just over 7 min.

All thrusters unbroken
split up pullups in 2 sets for set 1 and 2. unbroken pullups set 3.

Pretty tough. Still recovering from FGB and 3 hours sleep. Fuck it.

Tough to watch this one as a spectator. Great job to Pete, Wes and Isabella. Stomach bug left me on the sideline. Anyone who wants to try it next week one day, let me know:

Back squats 135 x 10), then 5 x 5 (185, 205, 205, 215, 215)

Push Jerk 5 x 5, from floor (135, 145, 155, 165, 165)

Deadlift x 7 165, 205, 205, 205.

26:something total, 1st mile 7:something, 75# on thrusters, green band on pull-ups... That's the one thing killing me- getting to consistent dead hang pull-ups. The ultimate goal for me.
