Post 18 PR. After the past two days of leg torture this made me happy. 55 is closer than I thought.

1:29.5 (mathces PR)
Held a 1:26/1:27 for 450 meters.
The last average 500 meter time on the rower was 2:09. Legs literally gave out and I don't really remember the last 50 meters.
Amazing feeling. Can't wait to hit this again with a rested body.
