Good, hard workout. I like the heavy thrusters and the 6 dead hangs were a good sub for 1 rope climb. Nice scale, Pete.

Tried the RX and failed at the top of my second-to-last rope climb - my grip was totally gone. 50:00 ?. I blame it on Yamakoa's greasy-ass hands.
This morning I felt like I did the Shake Weight AMRAP in 30 minutes...
