Finisher 3:38. Great combination of strength day and quick metcon. I would like to see the comparisons between the times here vs. Fran. Mine was a few seconds off.

sort of injured back yesterday, taking a rest day.
Doctor ordered one large pizza. It was funny I couldt get
up or walk, much better today
