After just reading article on scaling and after the fact that I had done the wod earlier I could have dropped the reps of the BE to 30 and pushed through 3 sets of 10 to keep it moving. Situps where not really a problem when anchored.

back extensions in 10's for first two, 25's on last. straight through on feet anchored sit ups. BE's getting better with the realization the the pain is very temporary.
