Slipped off of the rings a good ten reps on MU's on sets 2&3. 3:13 at round one, 8:00 at round two. Looking forward to seeing this one again to go a lot faster....in AC?

Scaled muscle ups to 14 pull-ups and 14 ring dips. 24:something. Scrambled eggs for brains after this one.

lost my grip on the HC's. 10 on the first, 5 & 5 on the second, then 3,2,2,3 on the 3rd with some failed attempts. I'm up for doing it again.

then GHD's, hands to floor and back extensions.

2 mu's 1st rd then numerous failed attempts, then 15 pu's and 15 ring dips. HC unbroken all 3 rds. frustrating as hell. did someone say AC????

Got 5 MU first round. Failed about 15-20 times. First round took me about 10 min. 2nd and 3rd rounds tried 4-5 MU's when I could not execute went to the bar and did 24 PUps and RD's.
Need some serious technical work on the MU.

75 lbs HPC and ring bodyweight rows with dips
