Less than stellar. Need to work on the sit ups. Range of motion of solid but endurance is not.

Double unders, didnt have him before Annie, but somehow I do now.

finisher was 1 30 something on the 400 m sprint. I was in a lot of pain. Need to get the abs stronger. Endurance is still a weakness for me
