High box pikes x 4
2 pood kb swings x 8

AMRAP 20 minutes

9 rounds on the dot (PR by 4 rounds)

HA! The night before the CF games qualifier I was brushing up on dubs. Pete and Dibo did not appreciate the helicopter landing and the thud thud thud from my next door room.
