Someone please explain to me how the burpee mile works. Are we actually moving forward a distance of a mile?
Cindy: 24 rds plus 3 pullups. (PR) Went out a little too hard and fatigued on the pushups. Very strict form this time. Last time (23) was probably looser on the pushups. chest to the deck every rep.
Burpee Mile
Cover 1 mile using burpees only. You may jump forward as far as you want for each
burpee, but you may not walk forward at any point.

That sounds like one of the most awful things I can think of attempting. You plan to do it on a track or just back and forth on a field? Or on the pavement, 1/2 mile out and back?
I wont commit to a full mile right now, but I'll go for a couple of laps on the track, I guess.
